Please read our guild info thread before applying.

We are always looking for talented players to join our ranks, so even if we are not actively recruiting your class, please feel free to apply on our website.

The guild is not currently recruiting

In order to apply, copy the questions below and paste them in a new thread (please include your main's name in the subject).
If you wish to keep your application private, do NOT make a thread and instead contact any of our officers in-game.

  1. Your age and location:
  2. Tell us something about yourself:
  3. Armory Link for Main Char:
  4. MS/OS:
  5. Link to a (preferably recent) World Of Logs parse:
  6. Your average latency in game:
  7. What prior raiding experience do you have?
  8. What other guilds have you been a part of? Why did you leave/want to leave?
  9. Where did you hear about us? Why do you want to be a part of this guild?
  10. Tell us about your Main Classe's main spec? How do you play it? (Feel free to be as detailed as possible)
  11. How about your offspec?
  12. What tools and websites do you use to get the best out of your character?
  13. Our raid days are Wed, Thurs 20:00-23:00 and Sun 19:00-23:00 game time - what kind of attendance are you able to offer us?
  14. Do you have working headphones and a microphone (note that this is pretty much a requirement)?
  15. Are you able to accept (sometimes harsh) criticism during progress without taking it personally?
  16. What is the fastest way for us to contact you?

Thank you for applying!

How to Apply - Read This First Empty Yet more stuff

Some more things about us you may (or may not) wanted to know (this is gonna be long.. read at your own risk):

Raid spots:
We like to keep the raid team small (ideally around 13 players or so). Therefore it's beneficial (although not a requirement) to be able to play more than one spec (especially for those odd fights that require less tanks or healers).
When we have more people signed for the a raid than we have free spots, we rotate (usually between different fights). Selection of people for fights is determined by the following:
- Ability to defeat the encounter - goes without saying. Sometimes we need a specific combination of players to get a boss down (it's usually only a concern in progress fights).
- Loot - when an encounter can be defeated with no special problems, we will most often try to bench people who don't need gear from that encounter.
- Fair rotation system - If the above don't apply, we try to rotate people fairly so that everybody have a more or less equal opportunity to play. At this point most people volunteer to sit every now and then so it's not usually a problem.
- People with excellent performance and high attendance will generally get more raid spots (makes sense, right?). This is a way of rewarding the players who contribute most to the guild.

Valor farming & LFR:
We expect all trial ranks and up to cap vp every reset until you have nothing to do with them anymore (including gear upgrades). This doesn't apply if you happen to be on vacation in some particular reset and don't have the time for it.
We also except you to farm LFR every week as long as you need upgrades from there.

Flasks, pots and feasts:
You are expected to bring your own flasks and pots to to the raid and they must be enough to last the entire raid.
We have alchemists in the guild that can make them for you if you have mats so don't hesitate to ask. If you have difficulty to get those due to shortage of gold, the guild bank can help.
Feasts will be provided by the guild bank. You are free to go the extra mile and bring your own 300 food if you prefer, but it's not required.
Guild bank repairs are also available to all ranks (raiders and up get an especially generous repair-allowance, so you mostly never have to worry about that).

Loot system:
We use epgp for loot distribution. MS>OS. Raiders have higher priority on loot than trials.
OS gear is given for free. Players who use their OS sometimes during guild raids will have priority on OS loot (although almost never over somebody else's MS).
This system keeps the loot pretty evenly distributed, while rewarding the stronger players.
If you feel anything is unfair in the way the loot is given, you are welcome to talk to me about it and I will try to help (although arguments and/or QQ are not appreciated).

Alt raids:
We currently don't have anything planned on a regular basis, but I sometimes make such runs over the weekends when I'm in the mood. Otherwise, feel free to organize some yourselves, it's encouraged!

That's all I can think about for now, thanks for reading Wink
